Changing format on EMB files

I just recently starting working for a scrubs company and some of the files that I recevied from her are EMB. Since Design Shop will no open these files I downloaded the free Wilcom Trusizer. When I conver to EXP I get oodles of jump stitches but when I convert to DST the jump stitches are gone.

Am I doing this wrong? What should I be doing?

I always use dst. I have wilcom and design shop. I prefer wilcom and save to dst to run on the machine due to the exp files have tons of jumps.
