  • color sequence

I just updated to Amaya version 10 from 7.
I am sure this is just a quick click, but I haven't found it yet.
When you load a design, I want the OS to show the colors that are planned to sew (from the last design) not the colors in the digitized design.

So right now if I sew a design, then load a new design, the colors show properly on the screen, but are scheduled to sew the same as the last design.
    I hope this makes sense.

If I understand the question correctly.....for every "new" design that is loaded on AOS, it is necessary to do a "clear all" ( easiest way ) and then reassign the color sequence order in accordance with you thread pallet.

      Yes.
However in version 7 of the AOS, It would show the colors on the computer screen of the last design.
Jarring my memory to change the colors to the new design.

So on the screen it would show the colors of the previous design, the wrong colors for the new design.
which when I got side tracked I would remember to change to the new colors.

Try unchecking "use colors from design" See if that does what you're looking for. It's under the "settings" tab
