Hello,
I'm an embroidery tech who has been working with embroidery machine for a long time.
I presently bought 2 used amaya xt. This is new to me!
I'm having probleme installing it. The person whom I bought it from said he had no problem and I've actually talked to him and he wasn't able to help me.
So I connected the computer to my machines using the hub I think it's called.
I opened my software. And when I have the option forced download on, I can see my two machines. When I try to press the middle button to assign them to a cluser nothing happens. I fallow the instructions in the guide manuel I have.
I saw on the forum that you can use the advanced mode and it's easier. So I selected the advanced mode. Rebooted my software and turned on my machines, but my sofware freezes.
I could use some help to get these working.
