Design shop 10.05.046 "Operations not working"

Hi,

the operations functions are all greyed out when i try to use them. everything was recently installed on a new computer. any thoughts or direction would be appreciated TYIA :-)

Dongle probably not recognized and reverting to a LITE feature level instead of what you own.

TY for replying! i think the version of DS i have is dongle-less tho, if that's a word :-)

You still would need to apply your code or activate your software to access the proper level… did you do that on the new computer?

I actually used telephone support and they dialed in to do it. I don't recall that happening but this is the ABOUT screenshot. would it indicate LITE on there?

I hope you get help....my Designshop V10 has NEVER worked properly since I upgraded to it.
