Ethernet Communication

HI Everyone,
I just installed AOS onto my new computer and keep getting an error message: Ethernet communications did not start correctly, restart computer. I have done this and the error message still appears. Does anyone know how to fix this? Your help will be appreciated.

I got my machine to be recognized now, but cannot send designs from design shop to the machine??? what am I missing. Help please.
