Design Won't Finish Sewing

I have a bunch of different names to put on jackets (75 or so) and on just some of the names, my Amaya XT will stop on the next to last stitch and just stay there. The head will remain in the down position. I can stop the machine and then then go to maintenance and lift the head up, but the machine won't respond to any other commands. I have to reboot the machine in order to get it to work.

It's really weird because some of the names run just fine and some don't. I'm think this is a software error (because it's been happening to 3 of my machines), but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try saving the files again after you select everything and choose update ties & trims , in the Insert menu.
It solved the problem for us.
