DS insert a vector file, end up with "Vector Fill" but also Walk Normal Stitches?

I'm wondering if this is supposed to happen or if it's a bug?
If I "insert file" -- a vector file (like .ai)
in the Project Window on the right, it shows all the pieces as "Vector Fills" which is fine. But mixed in between them are usually a bunch of weird "Walk Normal Stitches"? Is there a purpose to this that I'm not aware of or is it a bug? Has anyone else had this occur to them?
I have DS Pro+ latest version. Thanks! MJ

It is normal. They are the run stitches between sections of fill. in an ofm file they are there, just not shown separately. It will sew fine.
