How does one go about upgrading AMAYA OS?
I have version 5 and would like to get to a newer version.

Merlin, I upgraded to OS 9v. I had OS 4v. What a big difference!!!. You can now load ofm files into Amaya. The maintenance schedule is better. And the help section is really good. Melco did a lot of work on this upgrade. I think I paid $795.00 on sale? I think you get one year of phone support at no charge. A good contact at Melco is Lonnie Wright, very helpful and honest.
Also when you call Melco and out of warranty, I think they charge .90/minute, I think it is a great deal! There is hardly any wait time, well worth it. I called once and the problem was caused by me,(I should have able able to figure it out)but Melco only charged $3.50 and I was up and running!!!
When I upgraded they sent me a CD, it installed easily, without any problems. My OS is XP.
