The Amaya XT will not respond and I get a message that Ethernet communication did not load correctly - reboot. Rebooted and problem same. Running Windows XP and same ethernet cable since machine new. Running version 9.00.009.Emergency stop is not engaged. Maching turns on, no beeping but no response from the software. OS computer screen stays gray. Nothing has been done to the machine since used yesterday. Any suggestions??

Strangely enough, I'm experiencing the exact same problem. I uninstalled/reinstalled the software which did get the XT to respond, however, it's not communicating with the software. I now get the error message:
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Amaya9404.rra could not be removed. Invalid access to memory location. Seems to be the icon isn't showing up. But also, the XT isn't communicating with the software. Both start, but aren't seeing each other.
