  • Amaya OS install issues

    We are trying to move Amaya OS to a new computer (v7) and no matter what we do it says it can't find the security dongle. I really don't want to spend
    all my time trying to haggle with Melco, so thought i'd throw it out to the group here. We also have design shop installed on this computer. Win XP system. Any ideas? or what do you want to kno from me about it? Thanks in advance.

    Ron - you need to download the latest sentinel drivers and install them - that will allow it to find the dongle and work. I won't be around till later tonite - but can probably send to you if you remind me via email.

      John, where would i look for the drivers? is that on the Melco site or do i hunt it down through sentinel?

            Thank you for this thread, even if it is quite old. I had both the DesignShop and Amaya OS dongles "not found" last night and was able to download the latest drivers (http://www.rainbow.com.my/support.php?id=1) and was back up and running!

              I just received this link today, from Melco technical help, to download the most recent sentinell driver (which is version 7.6.6). It didn't help me with my issue, but I guess my issue is the dongle itself. Anyways, here is the link:
