I prepare my design in the usual way, select the hoop, make sure it fits, etc. all in Design Shop. Then I open it in the Operating Software and it won't let me choose any other hoop than just one. I have tried everything I can think if but it just reverts to that one. I have saved another as default, traced it to be sure and talked to it nicely. It has been a long day--Am I doing something stupid? Can anyone help? Please?
