Help!! 6" radius fast frame for back of caps

When I purchased my Big Red it came with hoops and fast frames and with my luck the one fast frame i need is not in the list so i need to set it up..I have tried following the directions on how to set up custom hoop,,and the x, y, offsets all through me off,,is there anyone who has suggestions or # figures that i can input so I can start using this frame,, Thank you

It is in the custom hoop list
Called
FF 7 in 1 radius hat (6")

this is in DS V9. & Melco sizer.
