Disappearing icons

This question has been posted on another forum. A second person has expressed the same concern, and I'd make number three. So, can anyone on this forum help us?

Anyone have any ideas on why we keep losing the icons in Design Shop? Both computers have the same problem Pro+ and Pro. Sometimes they are there and sometimes they are not. The will disappear in the middle of a project. Most frustrating is the alphabet icon and printer.

I am using design shop version 9 and was losing my design while editing. If I loaded it onto a machine, it was there, but I couldn't see all the elements in design shop. I was told by a Melco tech that I needed an update to my video driver. Don't know if this is at all related, but thought I'd throw it out there. I have not yet updated my video driver as I just received this info. so I can not tell you if this solved the problem I am having. Hope you get an answer that helps, good luck!

what is the version number (not just v9)?

My version is 7.

Mine vanish also. I just save and reload design shop and all is good.
