My Design Shop software is several years old. To upgrade to a newer version will be expensive and cause me to make changes in my computer. Now Big Red has her own and runs on Office 2000 and they get along great. Melco did not honor the technical support they offered when I bought her and now they offer even less. I love the machine but Melco has left a bad taste in my mouth for many reasons. I am considering the Floriani commercial package because of the exemplary service offered by RNK Distributing. Has anyone made this change and if so are you happy?
