reports

I am running version 9.099 and I would like to run the reports, but I get an error message. I used to be able to run reports in previous versions and got good use from them, such as job reports, stitch totals and thread break. I emailed tech support and got a response of what version, I responded over a month ago and no response. Any ideas??

V9 reports had a bug or something in it. I inquired about it shortly after running a job and wanting to look at a report. Well to my surprise, there was no statistical report as there had been in previous versions of Design Shop Pro +.

I called tech support and was told it would be put on the list of problems needing fixed. Several releases later, I called about it again, only to be told it was extremely low priority. Reason was, not enough people used the reports feature. Aside from my previous call, I am under the impression that no one else or very few called in to inquire about the reports not working.
