Thread detection shuts off

Hi All
Help I'm running OS 7.00.055 flex and every time I start my Big Reds the thread detection shuts off. I have to turn it back on after I start the machines. Then it stays on until the design finishes and shuts off again. Once I turn it on it will detect a thread break if I get one, it's very time comsuming to have to enable thread detection after the start of each design. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Call Melco, have them send you the lastest revision 7.00.118. Its free and will probably fix that problem.

I called melco, the guy I talked to said the techs were in a meeting, but he would send me the new version but he wasn't going to say that it would solve the problem, his thoughts were that since its a new problem on old software it sounded like something got corrupted. Suggested I call the techs in the morning.
