OSv9 crashing

I have just upgraded from v7 and my system crashes right after I turn on the machine. Any suggestions on how to correct this

If you kept your V7, you can remove V9 and try and upgrade again. This might work. I could never get the download to work after downloading from the internet so I got them to send me a disk.
