printing from design shop

Well I used to be able to print directly from design shop. But with vista 64 and a wireless printer, ds will not recognize the printer. Every other program on my computer does. Just not design shop. Tried making it find the printer...no go. Any suggestions? Thanks,Cheryl K.

Did you install the software/drivers on your computer for the wireless printer? I just installed a new Brother laser printer. The instructions had me using an Ethernet cable for the initial wireless install (it now works without the cable) so the computer could find it easily. You can also go to your printer manufacturer's website to see if there is a new driver to download.

it works with every other program on this printer...just not the ds9. Its just the design shop that won't recognize it.
