    design shop sending to OS

    I installed design shop v9 on a vista computer. Got everything working except when I send the design from design shop it does not load in OS. It opens the OS but never loads. Please Help

    Same thing happened to me with Windows 7. My problem had to do with the permissions in Windows 7. Send an email to technical support at Melco and by the next day they will call and walk you through the fix for it. It is not a complicated fix but finding where to fix it in the various software versions is the problem.

    Until they call to help you just open the file from OS as a temporary fix. I didn't realize how spoiled I was with DS sending files to OS until it did not work anymore.
