Sharing Violation Error Message

I get this message very often: "A sharing violation occurred while accessing (whatever design)"
This happend when I am trying to modify a design and save it, I have to change the name and save it again, does anyone knows how I can resolve this issue? It is driving me crazy.
Also when trying to save in other formats, the software stops working.

I have to save as a DST then reopen it and them save as other formats. in DS V9. Otherwise it will not save in PES VIP ect...

I had to download a FREE software to convert to PES, and it is so frsutrating that one paid so much money for "amazing, top of the line" software and ends up using a free software for a task that should be so easy. I get so frustrated because I need a batch convertor and DS crashes most of the time.
