Configure Shipping Options

Can anyone who sells on the internet tell me how to or is there a program/software that helps to configure shipping options. I have one type so that they all weigh the same.

I believe Pitney has a program for doing it but it won't be cheap. I just charge fixed rate for weight. Ie: 1lb is $6 2lbs is $6.50 3lbs is $7. Etc. I only ship UPS except to Hawaii and Alaska which is sent USPS because UPS to high to HI and AK

I use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail for anything under 70 Lbs. You can order most everything you need through USPS.com for FREE!
