My cds didn't have .OFA files on them....unless they are completely hidden. I had already checked for that option.

Thank you for offering help. I think I finally got the files converted, in the v7 program and then brought into the v9 program. (had to use names that had no resemblence to the original font names).

I'd like to know where and how to get a hold of some of these "premium" fonts NOW days. I have searched and searched and no where are they to be found. More than willing to pay. They have to be out there somewhere if they were once available for Melco to "use". No one seems to have the small fonts available, just the .45 -.50 or larger. I have plenty of those, need smaller! Do wish an advanced notice would have been given.

I totally agree, I wish Melco had given notice of what was about to happen before stopping the sales of the premium fonts as well as ARC threads. I would have purchased more. Are the micro fonts not included in the V9 fonts?

I have always made a copy of my font file and stored it elsewhere, like on my external drive, a cd, on my DS computer and my OS Computer. Whenever I've had to upgrade or reinstall software I just copy the old file into the new font file and all my premium fonts are there.
