Hoop out in AOS V9

What Am I doing wrong,
In version 7 I was able to check the box in the settings tab for the hoop to be moved out at the end of the design.

In Version 9 the box is there but it is grayed out.
I can not find a way to make it avail.

Any Thoughts??

Oh Yes I have the latest update. to the OS. and a reinstall did not help...

Call Melco tech support and report the problem. It sounds like a bug in AOS. That control should be available at all times.

This feature is Greyed Out if you have the cap driver on the screen.

Actually here is Melco's responce..

There is a problem with ver 9 using the option hoop out at the end of the design so they grayed it out until the option is fixed

Again great customer relations have a problem disable it and don't tell anyone and maybe they won't notice.

Oh well at least they are consistant!

My guess if you check - is that it's in the release notes for the version being used (but most people never read them).

I checked in the release notes I have. It was not in there.
I may miss a few Release. But when I took Tech training from melco they made it a point to stress the release notes. I look for them and keep a hard copie in my files. no mention I can find.
If you have a copy that has this information I would appreciate a copy.
As it may have other important info. I may have missed.
