ds version 9 and wireless printer

Anyone have any experience with using Design shop 9 with a wireless printer? It prints with everything but design shop. When I click on the print setup icon in ds I get no repsonse. Went to the help section and attempted to print from there and it told me to click the find printer. Which I did. No response. Any ideas? Thanks, Cheryl

In Ds9 when I click on print it comes up with the correct printer and then does nothing. Any suggestions?

Try checking your priner casch for jobs delete all of them if any.

then reboot everything computer, printer, router
then try again.

the wirless function to the printer should be a OS (windows) level function DS should have nothing to do with it once sent.

But with that said It is one of the most unstable pieces of software I have seen in 15 years.

By meaning the printer cache, do you mean any print jobs in queqe? Right at the moment with all the problems I've been having I have to agree about it not being stable - not in vista 64 anyway.
