DS 9.00.098 and OS 9.00.099 updates

I just got thing on facebook from Melco saying that you can use Windows 7 with the DS 9.00.098 and OS 9.00.099 updates. Are these updates out yet? Because, when I try to update, my software says there are no new updates.
