Hi There,
I have a design that uses the "wrap". For some though the colours/needles are all listed as they should be - the machine - at one of the changes decided to select a different colour/needle number entirely - where it should have been the "green" I got a silver.
Has anybody else had this issue?
I did change a parameter in the "Settings by Color" tab because I was receiving false bobbin breaks. I did notice that the pallet had ADDED 2 X the same colour I had edited at the end of the pallet of the design. Though the additions were needle 1 - it actually selected needle 10 (silver).
Hopefully someone may have a hint.
