number of hours sewn question

I have the new OS software. With the older version I could go to Tools, statistical information and find out the total stitches, etc. When I get to this screen, it doesn't show me the information. Does any one know what I'm doing wrong?

With version 9 AOS Melco changed the reporting. It now requires the installation of Microsoft SQL Server. If the there was a problem during installation it is possible that the statistics will not be logged and reported correctly.

The best thing to do is call the guys in Melco customer support and let them help you to make sure that all of the necessary modules were correctly installed.
