disappearing designs

  • disappearing designs

    since last installing the new update V9 is acting wierder and wierder
    when working on a file my design will disappear
    the only way I can get back is to restart the program.
    now being a business that works on a lot of files daily this can get very fustrating
    CAN ANYONE HELP ??

    I JUST had this problem myself. The fix was to reinstall designshop. You may have to upgrade your video drivers at some point, but the reinstall will get you back on track. To check on your drivers, look for the "3D" button at the top of the screen and right click on it. The box "enable hardware acceleration" should be checked. In the same box will be a message stating that "Open GL drivers do not appear to be working, try upgrading your video drivers" or something like that. I tried the upgrade and it did nothing but after the reinstall all was normal. (although it did still give me the message to upgrade the drivers when I rt clicked the 3D button) I hope that helps!

      I had the problem too. An updated video driver solved it.

        I have the same problem. Can you explain how to update a video driver? I am not computer savy but do not want to pay someone to do it if I can do it myself.
