Problem loading Design

Need some help
I was test sewing a simlpe one color design
just keyboard lettering.

the machine was working fine.

now I changed the under lay to zig zig and adjusted the denisity down a bit and went to re load the file. the OS9 tells me that it can not display the file loaded on the machine.
and it reports an error loading the design to the machine.

What I have tried.
I restarted every thing. computer os machine.
I have re created the design and tried to load that one no go.

I have tried to load a smaller design an it loaded. and displayed.

I deleted the jobs & machines folder and restarted the machine and OS and computer.

still the design will not load.

It loaded fine a few hours ago.

the design is in the 11 x 15 hoop.

some one out there have the time to look at it oin their OS9 and tell me if it is a file issue
or do I need to re install the OS.

but it seems to be working or at least it was..

This software sucks....

I Just went in and changed the underlay from zig zag to center walk and edgewalk and the design loads.

did they just type random charcters when they wrote the code for this???

I'm on the fence regarding my decision to upgrade to Version 9. What is the overall opinion from those who have it? Jerome, did you ever find out why you had this problem? Did Melco help you resolve it?

I did not call Melco as their suggestion is ALWAYS to tell the customer they did something wrong.
I know I am not prefect by a long shot, but I have used and taught several digitizing programs over the past 15 years. and I do Know what should and should not be able to be done.

The OS would not load ANY design that used ONLY zig zag underlay if it was used with edge walk it would load. I changed the under lay the design sewed fine.

I recreated the design in other software with the zig zag underlay and that design worked fine.

Just the DS shop file is the trouble "OFM".
Saved it as a DST worked fine “from DS” go figure.

Just some glitch in DS9 OFM format

I have the software to be able to create "Native" designs for my Amaya XT. but it can be frustrating.
I like the control it says you have over the designs I just wish it followed though on the hype..
