I just got my new HP 32 bit laptop. That I am trying to download my software for the design shop V9. I tried and it starts off like it is downloading but just stops and no icons pop up. Am I doing something wrong?

What are you downloading? Try saving the file on your hard drive then run it instead of just running the file -
When that happens to me I usually will go into my computer click on the cd drive and start it manually from that as sometimes the automatic install shields don't work...

If it is a new laptop it likely came with anti-virus software. If you have anti-virus software installed I would recomend you disable it before trying to install.Comment
