V7 or V9 Athletic Swoosh

I am trying to get the Swoosh in Athletic Swoosh and can not find how to do that in either V7 or V9. I could have sworn that I saw how to do it in the pdf file, but not now! Can we do the Swoosh anymore?

I am really trying to learn V9 and all these little questions keep cropping up. But I am slowly getting there!
