Fly out options don't appear

Can someone tell me why my fly out options do not appear when I mouse over the bottom right corner? Have I set something wrong without realizing it?

I have not been able to get the splice to work at all. The default for splice is straight line on my screen and that is the only thing I can see, not the curved or anything else.

If you are talking about the options on the left side of screen, you need to hold down the curser for a few seconds. It takes a bit of time for it to show up and then you move the curser over the item you want to use.
