I just purchase several applique files, they are .exp. When I go to open them in design shop, I can see the preview of the file in the preview box and I click to open and it acts like it is opening. Then nothing is there! I have tried centering and everything incase it is just off center... but it is just not really opening. Has anyone had this happen, any tips?

If you don't have any success opening the file, could you ask for the designs in pes or some other format? At least pes will keep all the color changes.
