amaya OS has stop working

try to hook up machine but when opening sofeware, I get a message that says amaya OS has stop working.

I am kinda new. It does that to me sometimes. Most of the time for me it has some thing to do with security.

If it says "OS is not responding" then check and double check your cable connections to the computer and the machine.

Have you tried to do a "Configuration" to see if the machine and computer are recognizing each other?

Do you have the Emergency button pushed in? It must be dis-engauged on start-up.
