Colors between DS & OS

I have received a few files from my digitizer, I save them as a melco file, then color them. My problem is that the color scheme is not showing up on my machine.

is there a setting that I have to use? please help. It's a pain cause I'm doing small jobs, and I'd like to be able to have them colored when they get into the machine.

Also be advised I set up my colors in DS the exact same as the colors in OS

Sorry I forgot to mention that I'm saving as OFM

In AMAYA OS go to Settings/Settings and make sure the box "Use Colors from Design" is checked.

that still didn't work I am also using V9. which I forgot to mention!!!

"Color scheme is not showing up on my machine"....this has me a little puzzled. What is showing up on your machine?

If there is just a grey outline on the computer screen in AOS after sending the design over then check to see if the "Display stitches sewn" icon is active or not.

Can you open up the color sequencing window in AOS. Are the color boxes displayed there?
