  • Help converting a .bdf to a .dst

I have a customer that already has a .bdf file but I can't open it. Can any one help me or tell me how to convert it myself.

    Thanks,
    Jennifer

It's an Adobe file format; maybe adobe.com will have some info on converting it.

I looked it up, don't know if you know but it's as simple as typing ".BDF file format" into google. It gives several choices but one is Brother Embroidery file. So my question is can you contact the person that original made it or someone that works with Brother should be able to convert it to something that can work.

What format do you want to convert it to?

If you have access to anything like CorelDraw, Freehand or Illustrator you can probably just open or import it and then export to whatever file you need- EPS, GIF, JPEG, etc

YOu might be able to open it with one of the free programs like The GIMP
