  • work order/job ticket

After 2 years at this I have decided to get more professional; make a job ticket or work order for each job, AND get a signature before spending time and money on it. Does anyone out there care to share their form? I don't want to leave out any crucial information. I would like to have it on Microsoft Word so I can email it to customers for signatures and then have them fax it back, or snail mail. I would be very grateful for the help.

Paul I would love to see the form you use.
I am always looking for ways to streamline tasks.

I use an excel form but it is more of an invoice.

      Thanks

Does anyone out there have a "generic" order form that works well for them? I have a club wanting to order several items at once and I thought that would help. I don't have excel on my computer, I don't think...thanks so much!

Paul - if you are out there - just send it to me and I'll put it on the tips page - so you don't have to send it out to a bunch of different folks
