NOT TRIMMING

My XT isn't trimming suddenly. Nothing is caught in the cutter blades or the bobbin. What should I check next?

Got to maintenance/steppers. The trimmer type should show in the box at the bottom of the window. Click the "detect trimmer type" button. DISCLAIMER: This may/may not fix your issue.

When we run into this issue,stop the machine and power down everything includeing your computer and then restart.I had also created some of my own mistrims by adding tieoffs on lettering that already had a tieoff in it.
