Design Shop Aplique - Poly Twill - HOW?

I went to the location where the hat video was, but I didn't find the information there. I was just checking to see if it was in another location, or if like alot of us you haven't had enough FREE time to spare to get it completed.

I haven't seen the doc yet, but I am doing the appliques and they are working out fairly well. I don't know that I have the best or even "proper" method but its working for what I need...
