cutting a hole

Can you cut a hole AFTER you already have digitized a complex fill? Or do you have to start all over.

You can put a hole in after you have digitized the complex fill.

Highlight the fill element, then on the toolbar, you will see a complex fill icon that has a hole in it.
Tab on that and then put the hole in.
