DS Print layout modification

Does anyone know if you can modify the layout of the project print format?

I like to print onto my letterhead before I give it to a customer. The project when it prints has the two info boxes being to wide and they need to have their margins narrowed.

I imagine this modification would probably require a programmer to do it; especially since I haven't programmed since Basic for Access 2.0...

We usually will save the file as a jpeg when we email it to a customer for approval. Couldn't you do the same and import the jpeg to print with your letterhead? Just a thought.

That's the way I've been doing it. I was just trying to save time and steps. I print them rather then email them so that I have a signed signature approving the design.
