Please... tell me that I did not delete all the custom hoops that I laboriously entered point by point! Since upgrading to the new OS, I don't see my custom hoops. Are they separate files? And if so, where would I find them (the file itself)?

Hoop information is stored in the hoop.mdb file. If your Design Shop hoop info is still correct then go to C:/Program Files/Melco Embroidery Systems/Design Shop/system and copy the file. Replace the OS file in C:/Program Files/Melco Embroidery Systems/Amaya/system
Keep a backup copy for future use.
