I tried to uninstall my Design Shop 2005 Pro Plus from Add/Delete Windows XP. The following message came up:Installation Support file could not be installed. The Parameter is incorrect.
I then put in the disk for the upgrade without first uninstalling the old version. The same message came up and the install process stopped.
Any suggestions?
