Anybody had trouble with this ?

Hello,
My computer is still with a computer guy,he cannot figure out why the Design Shop Pro+ will not work with the Amaya XT OS. Compter keeps rebooting itself. He's had it for 2 days now.
Any suggestions ?

Suggest you do a system restore in safe mode to before both were installed. See if the computer works then.

If so, proceed with a reinstall of the os and design shop. Possibly a bad install?

Other than that, I can't think of much that would cause the problem. Is this a new computer? Do you have anything else installed program wise?

If you can, the other thing you can do is a clean install of windows - and then go from there. That would eliminate any previous issues and start you from a clean slate to eliminate any guesswork as to what is really causing the problem.
