Best Client / Order Tracking Software

Hi,

What is the best software for tracking embroidery orders, invoices, client information, apparel in stock, etc.?

I'd love to be able to tell if someone has paid 50%, approved the artwork or not, have their contact info., art file name, order details, etc.

Also if I have 50 stock shirts in inventory and mess up some, sell some, and give some away, at tax time I think that information might be needed.

FYI: Wilcom seems to be the only Invoice managemnt software I have been able to find that looks like a mainstream version. I'll let you know now it works if we end up buying it.

Sorry no one has replied - maybe there aren't a lot of great systems out there. When I started looking for quoting programs, there weren't many to choose from that were reasonably priced. I think that might be the case with order tracking systems as well.

Guessing most of us use a hodgepodge.

What does the wilcom solution run?

I've just recently been looking at www.priceitsoftware.com. I downloaded their trial and have been playing with it for only a couple of days. I don't see that they can help with inventory control . .. but they do a nice job of order tracking. They are really nice and very, very knowledgable.
