Error Message after machine being serviced

I had my machine worked on yesterday and it ran the test sew fine but this mornng when I get to work and start it up i get this message: AMAYA OS has detected a serious error reading the current settings from the machine. Shut down the system and restart to correct this error.... Well I have called the Tech and I am waiting to hear from him but I have shut down adn restarted everything 3 times. Any suggestions since Tech support is closed until Monday?

Yes I did that, and the hoop is not showing up on the screen and when I go to the hoop set up on the tool bar it close os down. Any other suggestions?

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the software. That will at least rule out driver or software corruption.

When you turn the machine on, does it go through it's usual start up movements and noises? Estop is not depressed, machine is not in sleep mode. Network cable plugged in secure to bot machine and computer... Dongle attached.
