P/N for Flat Base Cover for Pre-XT Machine

MELCO is incapable of providing me with the part number for the aftermarket black plastic base cover for a pre-XT machine.

Does anyone have the p/n for the after market flat black plastic base cover with the inset pockets for tools and/or supplies?

Here is the part number for the plastic table top with the three little pockets in the front. This cover replaced the one that originally looked like the hood of a car.

I have one that is brand new and for sale if need be.
