NOT at HEAD UP

Got this error this morning. What does this mean and now do I fix? Need help. Please someone respond with help.

In OS under "head timing", just click on the little button and close.

and head timing is under the Maintenance tab

Press then Depress the E-Stop without the Maintence Menu open. If that doesn't work just turn off and then back on the machine. Don't forget to record your stitch pos and x/y pos if in the middle of a design.
