  • Tech in Long Island area of NY

A Melco tech needed - does anyone know of a Melco tech the NY/Suffolk Long Island area?
I used Jaun a few years ago but lost number and not sure if he is around. Anyone know him?

I left the arm up of a slim line frame and it drove into the needle case. Seems bad.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Donna, I don't know of a tech but I wanted to tell you I have done the same thing...I am scared of using the slim line for this reason...good luck and I hope you get it repaired sooner than we did...we ordered our part from Melco and waited and waited and then I called them and they had never placed the order...I guess the person we talked to that day forgot to hit the order button for our order...Melco rushed it to us at their cost and when the part came in Don was able to get the part installed and we were back running right...we kept using the machine without the threads being tucked but it was a bugger to do...slowed us way down...again good luck...

Thank you for your supportive words - I've been afraid of doing something like this. When I am done with them I take them off the machine right away.
