how many hours and how many stitches total

How do I find out the total number of hours and stitches my machine has on it? Can't remember where to find the info.

Depending on what version of AOS software you are using...

Prior to ver. 9, click on "Maintenance" and there in the first screen you see is all the information you're looking for. The number of stitches is all the way at the bottom listed as "Z axis rotations".

If you have version 9 AOS, then you would click on "Tools", and then "Maintenance". Then same as above.

Just out of curiosity Ed, is all maintenance and number of stitches lost if software is reinstalled / updated ?

Numbers are stored on the motherboard - they don't get lost with software installs/uninstalls/reinstalls.

John is correct. The only way to lose maintenance info, stitches sewn, serial number, calibration data, etc... is to replace the mainboard with a new one.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering because with some machines, machine stitch count is tied in with the machine software. If software is reloaded or upgraded, total machine stitch count can be lost.
